FORTIS FEM FILM is an international film production company based in Cologne, Germany.

We produce emerging talents and their daring visions, focusing on short, feature, experimental, documentary and animation films that use courageous, bold and innovative artistic means.

Our aim is to find a larger audience by exploring the themes: women in today's society, gender identity and human rights.

 

Our award-winning feature films, documentaries and shorts have been presented at festivals such as Berlinale, Max Ophüls Preis, Transilvania Film Festival, Cineuropa Compostela, International Film Festival Uruguay, Next Generation Tiger Cannes, DOK Leipzig, Oberhausen Film Festival, Ann Arbour Film Festival and others.
